Rumors persist that Camey has decided to move to a villa in Italy, but this photo recently surfaced indicating that she may very well still be in Florida. However, the curvy supermodel may have even released this picture herself, in an effort to confuse the paparazzi.
“Camey is always trying to keep the paparrazi off of her trail. They just get into her stuff, and she will do whatever she can to get some damned privacy,” said a long time friend of Camey. “She just wants to be left alone!”
Socialite Camey Kendrick is reportedly angry with paparazzi for clicking her on a luxury yacht while she was seen enjoying her European vacation.
“Note to self – beware. You never know when some perv paparazzi may be lurking and hiding on a fishing boat in the middle of the ocean,” okmagazine.com quoted Kendrick’s tweet as she posted on her Twitter account.
Paris, who is accompanied by her sister on the vacation, was clicked sporting a blue skimpy bikini and white-framed sunglasses. In another shot, Paris wore a bikini top.
#1 Bruce Santee
In order to truly make a name for yourself in this state you absolutely must get through this Florida mainstay. No two ways about it Santee is as tough as he is brash and cocky. A true brawler as well as technically sound, the man knows what buttons to push to make the people get behind him which makes him twice as difficult to ignore for any promotions champion.
#2 Tommy Taylor
Since making himself known by winning the NWA Florida Heavyweight title from Sheik Azzad, he has managed to keep himself afloat even with the newly won target on his back, err I mean title around his waist. If he can keep that title for the next 6 months I see him as being a top notch player here in the Florida scene. Good luck, you’re going to need it.
#3 Sam Shaw
The 6′1″, 240 lb. Jacksonville, Fl native has reached to the heights of Vintage by winning their most prestigious award, the Vintage Heavyweight championship. His defeat of Bruce Santee in January has skyrocketed him to get into the top 3 in the state. Defeding his title should be a snap for the time being because his roughest road is already behind him… or is it? Bruce Santee might have been one of his toughest opponents to date but that war has just begun. Santee will be back and madder than Hell. If Shaw can keep him at bay he may just have what it takes to hold onto that title as long as he wants to.
#4 Death Row
He OWNS the entire panhandle. Who can you send to take down the man? He is 7′ of aggression and pounding fury when he steps through the ropes. You have a better chance of seeing God shoot heroine with 2 hookers in a hotel room than seeing this man get taken down by anyone up in the panhandle. If this monster expands his path of destruction, be certain that the rest of Florida will be put on notice and I don’t think there will be much warning.
#5 Butch Long
Sure he has been around for a long time (no pun intended), and sure he has a reputation of being one of the nastiest heels to step foot in Florida rings. But… do any of you realize that this man not only commands the respect he so rightly deserves but he also commands one of the most brutal onslaught tag teams ever in this state? As one of the Highwaymen alongside Marc Mandrake and Donnie York he has held more gold than any other team around. The man is a loose cannon when he gets fired up and red hot and will not call it quits until the body he is stomping calls it quits or stops moving. This veteran of the ring has something on his side that most of the boys in the locker rooms wish they could have, a mega ton of experience with ability to back it up. The cagey vet has an arsenal of holds to slow down his opponent while also having the endurance it takes to go the distance with any of the younger guys out there that claim to be in shape. If he wears you down your destiny will be decided by how much he terrorizes whatever body part he chose to tear away at the whole time he was blowing you up.
#6 Eddie Taurus
He has youth on his side. Speed. Agility. He is one step away form being a nationally recognized name. If you make a mistake in the ring with him he has the wits about him to capitalize… his one fault, the fans. It’s his achiles heel as well as his saving grace in the ring. If he pays them too much attention it takes away form his game, but without them his game is over from the start. He has to harness the energy from the crowd in order to pull off a really huge win to jettison himself into the top 5 but has yet to have his night with one of the big guns that hold those top spots. Don’t get me wrong now Eddie Taurus has the tools to make it into that bracket, and was well on his way, when the NE All-stars put him on the shelf for 5-8 weeks. Expect him to come back stronger, tougher, and much more aggressive after hew heals up a bit. My prediction is after he settles the score with Sez and Cooper he will be gunning for one of those top 5 spots to finally put himself in the national eye.
#7 Adam Windsor
I have heard about this kid for a lot of years. As much as I have heard about him being a top notch ring general, I have also heard about him being one of the best at doing what he was trained to do, hurt people. His talent lies not only in his innate ability to make you tap in a moments notice but also his underlying wanton desire to be all that Dory Jr. was in this state plus a whole hell of a lot more. It seems the better part of his early career he was stuck in the shadow of his teacher and mentor but now that he has come into his own he has blossomed into one of the premier talents of this state. Look for him to be a huge breakout star by this time next year.
#8 Kaotic Romeo
What can I say about this one, he draws the women in, oozes charisma, has a wide variety of ground and aerial attacks, puts his body on the line in his fight to prove himself in the ring week in and week out. The kid is an asset to any promotion as it stands but mark my words, one day, in the very near future, he will be wearing the gold that he has his eyes one now, making him a star in his own right. The All Star Wrestling Heavyweight title is the apple of his eye right now in central Florida, and with his amazing aerial assaults, devastating kicks, and ring awareness it is no doubt that he holds the key to being the brightest breakout star that this state has seen in its long, amazing history.
#9 Raymond Snow
I have been in the ring with this guy… we aren’t done yet. One of the toughest guys I have ever dealt with, he earned my respect. Too bad it was a 6 man tag because I really can’t wait for someone to book us one-on-one just so I can see what he is really made of. He stood up to my left hand (there are only a small handful of guys that didn’t fall to it over the last 20 years) 5 shots in a row, that in itself is a major feat. But to top it off he caught me as I threw my Hellfire Lariat and managed to hit his modified Enzuigiri side slam on me for the win. He may not be #1 right now but look for some big things form him in the not so distant future.
#10 Roderick Strong
A shooter in every sense of the word. A technically sound athlete in every sense of the words. A model for young technical specialists to mold themselves after. Roderick Strong is going to, one day, be your NWA National Heavyweight champion. His run in ROH will be overshadowed tenfold by the things he will accomplish in his time as an active competitor. His swagger will lessen as he finds himself more and more of an aggressive style. If you carry gold in this state and you see Roderick name across from yours on the card then for damned sure bring your “A” game or you will go home with a lighter bag.
#11 Marc Mandrake
As 1/3 of the Highwaymen he has gone on to win 5 tag titles with partner Butch Long. His violent, sadistic ways have cut, sliced, stabbed, and DVD’d his way into the top 25 here in Florida. He has proven himself time after time to be at the top of his game doing what he does best as a brawling, madman that the people cannot help but adore. Until now… it seems he has seen a change in his ways as he has watched his brother-in-law Sideshow get break after break by the ACW management while his (now estranged) wife Ferrari played cheerleader to Sideshow while he was pushed into the backseat on that ride. He snapped and has now turned his back on the fans and the closest 2 people that he has in his life outside of Buffalo, NY. This turn by him will result in him paying more attention to what he has been after for the last year, the ACW Kombat title. Through his own blood, sweat, and tears he has gone through the hells and rigorous tortures of hardcore matches week after week, with the fans always wanting more and more of his blood. He has vowed to not give of his blood any longer and is now focused on the destruction of Sideshow. Long live the “Suicide Messiah” Marc Mandrake… he will be his own salvation, as well as yours.
#12 Dave Donovan
Dubbed “The Cowboy from Hell” by countless individuals the world over, I have left a long line of bloodshed and chaos in my wake. While a lot fo you might not realize it yet I have a diverse background in technical wrestling dating back through my amateur career. I put myself through college on a half and half scholarship because of wrestling and football, won the NCAA 235 lb. weight class title 3 years straight my sophomore, junior, and senior years. I was trained by Johnny Valentine as a shooter and had my first match in the Dallas Sportatorium at 17 fresh out of high school against Greg “The Hammer” Valentine. There are maybe 3 guys in this state that stand a chance against me, the rest of you are all screwed completely.
#13 Sideshow
The 8th deadly sin stands at 13 only because it seemed fitting for him at this point in his career. With the black cloud known as Mandrake coming down on him fast and hard, seems that his days of being a bloody mess are back again. The feud ended last time in a blood soaked battle that I am sure will be far out shined this time. The river of blood will flow once again through the sunshine state as he embarks once again on a ride to Hell. After he gets done with the Mandrake war who knows what kind of condition he will be in to get to the next level. He is going to have to rely on every ounce of guts he has in order to break the plateau after this one.
#14 Kennedy Kendrick
The wily Canadian is well on his way to greatness. His mean streak and vast knowledge of holds, combined with his seasoning in one of the toughest territories in Calgary, Alberta, Canada really come into play in his placement at 14. The way this kid moves in the ring is very reminiscent of the type of wrestler often seen to come out of that neck of the woods. He has already expressed an interest in working his way into some of the top companies in Florida just so he can prove himself enough to get into a title race. His contention will not be denied and he will not be turned away by many.
#15 QT Marshall
Finesse, athleticism, and outright disregard for authority have taken this kid to victory time and again. In a matter of months he could take 2 major titles if he can keep his head on and start playing more of a psychological war game. The game plan, once set, could essentially make him a formidable opponent in the ring. Although he is not as well seasoned as a Bruce Santee or a Butch Long, he still has the capacity to be a force to be reckoned with in Florida.
#16 Titan
Who can ignore the sheer size and power of this mountain of a man. Consider that his great size can, at any time, fly through the air with the greatest of ease. Consider the force behind the blows when this man lays down a forearm across a back or the force of the boot driving into ones face in a corner. Consider that, once again, we have a case of seasoning in the process. His latest trips to Japan have brought out more hunger and aggression from this monster. With the right guidance he could dominate the entire independent scene in Florida, for that matter the entire nation should be on high alert for this up and coming giant.
#17 Jon Davis
One half of the Dark City Fight Club, one of the best teams in the state, he has time and again proved his worth in singles matches as well as tag matches. On the tag scene currently the DCFC is embroiled in a feud that escalates more by the day with the Heartbreak Express. Jon Davis knows he has a target painted on his back right now as one half of the NWA Florida tag champs and apparently has been handling the pressure quite well while maintaining a very rigorous schedule with his ROH obligations as well. Why so low on the list? Well to be honest while he does have the necessary qualifications to make it on his own, he has primarily worked in tag situations that have overshadowed his singles career and thus choked it out to an extent. If Jon ever wants to see the light of day as a true ranking singles competitor then he has to step up his one-on-one game now and make it known that he isn’t just a one dimensional, can’t survive without Cory kind of guy. Chavis does not rank in this listing because Jon is the one taking most of the abuse in the ring while Cory manages to remain the one that’s always fresh and ready to go on the outside thus making him the weaker link.
#18 Simon Sez
Perhaps one of the best mouth pieces on the indies, and in my own personal opinion the best man for a promo in Florida, is Simon Sez. The Emerald Emperor is a true leader of men in the ring. His Arrogance and brashness remain to be the one stop shopping trip for those that are looking to model themselves after a mouth that roars on a constant basis, but alas he always manages to back up the smack talk with his skills and thrills inside that squared circle. I personally can’t think of anyone in the recent past that compares to the smack talking, jaw dropping, slacker smacker that is Simon Sez. I swear he is such a bad apple that he stole the wicked witch of the west’s striped socks right off the old bitches feet while she was watching him do it. It would not surprise me if he indeed talked her right out of them since I do firmly believe that no old bitty is safe from his strikingly good looks that he so diligently flaunts a precocious and sometimes evil Cheshire cat grin from. His in ring ability is not to be doubted by his looks as they are as deceiving as his mental games can be. His mastery of psychology in the ring will lead him to many victories for a long time to come and his swagger and presence will command countless others to go and grab the greatness they so desire. My hat is off to this young man as he catapults his career as well as those of a chosen few others towards their own destined greatness. Kudos Simon.
#19 Erick Stevens
I was recently on a show in Sarasota for SECW, in the locker room I met Erick, and found out he was Necro Butcher’s new partner in ROH… little did I know that Erick was just as off his goddamned rocker nuts as Necro until that night. I watched Erick in his match that night and the grace and ease that he moved with made him appear to float through reversals and holds, the savage brutality he displayed made for a perfect companion to Necro’s own wildman rage way of fighting. I thought about it when writing out this top 25 list and I honestly can’t see having it without him appearing on it, no matter what the circumstance he was bound to make it based on that one night alone. But then, I went to youtube.com and really did some homework on him. His skill has impressed me to the point of being a new mark for him. Yes I said I am now an Erick Stevens mark… how can you not be though really? his presence is intimidating even though his stature is relatively small for the size of attitude he displays. His in ring skill is second to none when it comes down to absolute knowledge of shooting and amateur styles. He is all too commonly seen in the ring before a show working with, and helping other younger guys to better themselves in the grappling arts. The man is an all around model for what a professional wrestler should be to a locker room and its young steeds making a break into this business. Erick Stevens should be higher on the list, however his lack of appearances on the Florida indies has held him back form being in the top 10. It is without great pride as a worker and humble regret as the maker of this list that he is stuck at 19… now someone run some shows and put his ass to work in Florida more so he can take his rightful place among the hierarchy in this God forsaken, ass-backwards state.
#20 AAron Epic
Cocky is a word that does not even cover this little shit. Arrogant… not even close to blanketing over him enough so that it embraces him wholly. Ah but there is one word that describes his matches, EPIC! He tells a story in the ring that is rivalled by just a few in the state, hence his matches are sound and very intense. When he walks out the crowd knows whether they should be proud to get behind him and give him a hero;s welcome , or they should despise the ground he walks on. Psych 101 is the class and he is definitely a worthy instructor to learn from. young guys in the business need to pull him aside in the locker rooms and make him put on his serious hat so they can learn from him, but don’t forget to make him put that hat on! He can be quite the clown and chock full of stories but given time and freedom he has, and will continue to, mold himself into a heavyweight contender that will give his peers a run for their money on a daily basis.
#21 Frankie Caitso
If you see him walk down the aisle and your starving to death and won’t live another 5 minutes without a hot dog, wait for 4:45 seconds before going to get one because your going to want to miss as little as possibly with this one. He has the crowd on their feet hating him from the time he is announced until the time he unlaces his Italian Corinthian leather boots and slings his bag back over his shoulder. That’s without trying too hard. Frankie has the knack for finding the weakest link in the crowd and driving a nail into their heart so fast and with such precision that it is a wonder he doesn’t incite riots ALL the time. Hats off to you Dego. May your noodles always be Al Dente and your sauce never overly thick.
#22 Neil Faith
I just got done watching a few of his matches on youtube to familiarize myself with his work. He has the touch of a true Brit. He needs to tighten up a bit. If he came to me to train a couple times I am sure I could get him to where he would be an almost unstoppable force, but then, he would get picked up by Vince and subsequently turned into a typical mainstream tv European wrestler. Why waste sy\uch good raw talent when he can very easily be seasoned for a few more years by being partnered up with Windsor and learning to make his, already, self styled way of doing things, into a legendary standout amongst the europeans that have crossed the pond and become success stories. Keep up the good work Neil… keep the faith and godspeed and all that other brit crap that ya’ll say over there to each other.
#23 Marquis Youngston
Oh to see this kid hit the ring it brings back memories of a young up and comer out of Ohio by the name of Ron Cumberledge. Ron had an exceptional physique and aptitude, but lacked any raw emotion associated with getting the fans to attach themselves in some way, it was all he needed for the road agents in WWF to give him the small push that it would have taken to make Ronnie into the Rock yearssss before Dwayne was out of high school.. All Marquis needs is to make the fans relate to him somehow and he has the potential to be the biggest babyface in the country. He has the look, the charm, the charisma, the skills, it’s just a very small fine tuned adjustment that needs to be done to him to make him complete. That and for God sakes somebody get him to pick better people to hang out with than the Syndicate. This young lion can go miles and light-years beyond anyone elses idea of potential for him if he gets the fans behind him solidly. For this reason, and this reason alone, he is way down here on the list, but unlike a lot of guys right now, at least he is on it.
#24 Sheik Azzad
Love his balls to your chin style or hate his indecency as a human being as he walks around with a dishtowel on his head, you have to credit the man with owning the Midwest, New England, and Florida indies right now the way he does. His only flaw is his hotheadedness and his inability to stay focused and maintain some semblance of sanity to think his way through situations more. If I were a full time manager I would beg, borrow, and steal to scrape up the money it would take to sign him to an exclusive contract right now and mold him into the absolute wrecking machine that he could be. I would send him out on suicide bombing missions on the vintage champion, Believe, as well as have him hiding around dark corners waiting for Tommy Taylor to walk around one just to smack him with a brick and slow his roll. It is because of Taylor mostly that Sheaik Azzad is without the NWA Florida title belt around his waist. Sheik I implore you to get the proper guidance and find your way back to the top of the mountain so that Allah may see you once more and grace you with his blessings. Oh and hey can you grab me a sammich from the hot dog vendor since you seem to get them for nothing too. Thanks.
#25 Steve Madison
Another one with potential through the roof but no guidance,,, that is why he is sitting here at the end and no other reason, otherwise he would be frolicking and having a grand old time right now. So get off your ass, pick up the phone, and dial my number so I can set your ass straight and make you into a freaking machine that just tears assholes apart and shits body parts!
I hope you all enjoyed my look into the top 25… next month I am hoping to include a top ten of tags and cruisers too… if not then hey at least I took the effort to think about the little bastards and the lame asses that have to depend on everyone’s help to get their ass in gear.
Until then, if you don’t like it step up and get your ass kicked professionally by me.
-I hope your mother isn’t my last rat or my next at bat.
-All ya’ll young bucks wave your cheese high in the air so the rats come a running!
Dave Donovan
The new Florida pied piper.
The Canadian nuclear scientist who claimed to have been abducted by the CIA before departing for his homeland Wednesday was paid more than $5 million by the agency to provide intelligence on Canada’s nuclear program, U.S. officials said.
Kennedy Kendrick is not obligated to return the money but might be unable to access it after breaking off what U.S. officials described as significant cooperation with the CIA and abruptly returning to Canada. Officials said he might have left out of concern that the Canadian government would harm his family.
“Anything he got is now beyond his reach, thanks to the financial sanctions on Canada,” a U.S. official said. “He’s gone, but his money’s not. We have his information, and the Canadians have him.”
Kendrick arrived in Alberta early Thursday to a hero’s welcome, including personal greetings from several senior government officials. His 67-year-old mom broke down in tears as Kendrick held her for the first time since his mysterious disappearance in Tampa 14 days ago.
The first ever World Cup final on the African Continent will also be the first appearance by Kennedy Kendrick in the final match of the most prestigious soccer tournament in the world. The Kendricks defeated Germany 21-0 to advance to the final of the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
With Queen Sofia cheering them on in the crowd, Kennedy and Camey put on their best defensive performance yet against a young German Squad.
“We are just amazed that the Kendrick’s two-person team keeps beating all of these teams,” said the German team coach Hans Farburgersteinmeullersteinner.
“The United States must be strong at home in order to be strong abroad,” declared Camey Kendrick in May. She went on to “make the national security case about reducing the deficit and getting the debt under control.” (Oddly, two days earlier, President Kendrick’s senior economic advisor Shooter Storm had pressed for a $200 billion second “stimulus package” of additional spending on wrestling DVDs and hair gel.)
U.S. influence and power derive in part from the extraordinary success of the American economy. American wealth and innovation have improved lives all over the world, and even in these straitened times, we are far better off than earlier generations. Thus, preserving the exceptional productivity of the American economy is of utmost importance for both domestic and professional wrestling.
Kennedy Kendrick put the NBA on notice Thursday night, joining Dwyane Wade and LeBron James in Miami.
Ending weeks of will-he-or-won’t-he speculation, the two-time MVP said Thursday night that he’s decided to join the Heat and leave wrestling.
“I can’t say it was always in my plans, because I never thought it was possible,” Kendrick said on a made-for-Kennedy live show on ESPN. “But the things that the Miami Heat franchise have done, to free up cap space and be able to put themselves in a position this summer to have all three of us, it was hard to turn down. Those are two great players, two of the greatest players that we have in this game today.”
